Business Card Printing Specifications
Size: 3.5″ x 2″ Business card designs must be submitted with a file size of 3.625 x 2.125 inches. The final size of the business card after it is trimmed is 3.5 x 2 inches.
Color Format: CMYK Files must be in CMYK color format. Other color formats (e.g. RGB & Pantone) will be converted to CMYK format. Please note that color conversions may occur when switching between formats. For more information, please consult our terms and conditions.
Resolution: 300 dpi In order to guarantee high quality prints, files must be created with a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
Bleed: 1/8″inch all around Bleed is the printed area which extends off the cut area. All Pro Print requires 1/16 inches (0.0625 inches) bleed all around on each side. It is necessary to print a larger area and then cut the paper down. This is because it is not possible to print to the edge of the paper. The bleed area is indicated in our templates.
Text Safety Margin: 0.125″ All Pro Print requires a text safety margin of 1/8 inches (0.125 inches) all around from the edge. The text safety margin is indicated in our templates.
Paper: 14pt, 16 pt, 80 lb. Classic Linen We offer 14pt, 16 pt & 80 lb. Classic Linen paper stocks for business cards.
Coating: UV, Matte, None UV coating is a glossy coating that is applied to the entire surface of the paper then dried with ultraviolet light. This is an extremely durable coating; you may not be able to mark on the surface of your cards using a pen if you choose to order your product with UV coating.

Matte coating is a dull coating that is applied to the entire surface of the paper then dried with ultraviolet light. Matte coating has a beautiful non-reflective finish. With matte coating you can mark on the surface of your cards using a pen.

Image File Formats All Pro Print accepts the following file formats for images: .ai, .eps, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .psd and .tiff. Please embed all images within the file and do not submit any additional files other than the file to be printed.

All fonts must be outlined or flattened.
