NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY REQUESTING ORDERS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST ORDERS FROM ALL PRO PRINT. ALL PRO PRINT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Artwork Files

All Pro Print accepts the following graphic file formats: .ai, .eps, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, .zip, .rar, .sit and for mailing lists: .xls and ascii comma delimited. All Pro Print checks artwork submitted for printing, but it is the customer’s sole responsibility to check for the accuracy of your files. Therefore, files that are print-ready should be carefully proofread before submitting. When design services are provided by All Pro Print, the artwork and information in the order will reflect exactly what was provided by the customer. All Pro Print is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Borders, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Pixilated/Low Resolution, Color Shifting and Finished Product Size. It is not possible to guarantee 100% color accuracy on printed products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee to match your original artwork exactly. The customer must agree to not submit any files that contain material that has copyrights or property rights without permission of the owner.

48 Hour – File Holds

All Pro Print does not make any changes to customer files except in the cases listed below. In the following cases, your files will be placed on hold and you will be contacted via email and phone. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we will make the necessary changes as stated:
1. If you submit PDF files and the fonts do not load properly, the files will be converted to .tiff files. Please note this conversion may cause color shifting 2. All Pro Print does not accept files in RGB mode. If you submit files in RGB mode, they will be converted to CMYK mode. This may result in color shifting.

Uploading Files

The file upload system will only allow file formats accepted by All Pro Print. Acceptable file formats include: .ai, .eps, .jpeg, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, .zip, .rar, .sit and for mailing lists: .xls and ascii comma delimited. The file upload system only allows successful uploading of the file formats listed. If a file is not in an acceptable file format, the file will not upload to the All Pro Print secure server.

Design

All Pro Print offers design services and bundles at various prices and turnaround times. Please note that for design services, customers are required to request email PDF proofs for approval. All Pro Print will not print any order with design services without customer approval. Design packages are non-refundable. Only the corporate identity packages offer 100% money back guarantee.

Order Approval

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. If the order is placed without requesting an email PDF proof prior to printing, the order will automatically be sent to print. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to request a proof when placing an order.

Payment

Once an order is placed, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount including charges, fees, applicable taxes and shipping fees. All orders must be paid for by an approved payment method, which include the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover and Debit Cards and Check Cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or traveler’s checks. Please note that All Pro Print will not proceed with any order until full payment is received.

Sales Tax Policy

In accordance with applicable law, All Pro Print collects tax in the state of California. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, excluding shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the order’s destination state and local sales tax rates.

Printing Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed, full payment is received and your order is approved for printing (including approval of email PDF proof, if requested). Printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time; please allow additional business days depending on the shipping method selected. In addition, All Pro Print is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays observed by the United States Postal Office. Therefore, these days are not included in calculating the printing turnaround time. Orders that are approved by 10:00 A.M. (PST) will have a turnaround time that begins the next business day. Please contact us regarding standard turnaround times for products.
Please note that orders that have problems in which alterations are necessary (i.e. correcting files, revising files, resubmitting new files, missing files, etc.) there will be an additional turnaround time of 3-5 business days from the time the file is submitted and approved.

Shipping

All Pro Print offers nationwide shipping and delivery options. All Pro Print ships within the US only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international locations. Shipping methods offered online include: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select SM and UPS 2nd Day Air®. Additional methods that may be offered for phone orders include: UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Express Saver®, FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Standard Overnight®. Shipping methods offered depend on method of order (online or phone) and product(s) ordered. All Pro Print ships within the continental US only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international locations. Please note that the estimated shipping transit time does not include printing turnaround time, weekends or holidays. The cost of shipping and delivery depend on the weight of product(s) ordered, location of the shipment and the turnaround time. Please contact All Pro Print for shipping cost estimates by phone or email. Once an item is shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier and not All Pro Print. Customer needs to contact the shipping carrier if any packages are lost or damaged.

Online Shipping 150 lb. Maximum Limit

The maximum weight allowed for UPS online shipping calculator is 150 pounds. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure product(s) ordered do not exceed the maximum limit. If an order is placed without shipping costs, All Pro Print will contact the customer with shipping rates for the order placed online. The customer will be required to complete and fax the Credit Card Authorization Form to authorize shipping charges. The order will be placed on hold until authorization is received.

Refund Policy

Since each order is unique to individual customers and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. No refunds are given once an order is placed and All Pro Print begins working on your order. If All Pro Print is solely responsible for any errors, which needs to be verified after the customer mails the entire package to us at their own expense. All Pro Print will re-print the order without any additional charges.

Customer Content

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such “Content” originated. This means that you, and not All Pro Print, are solely responsible for the order submitted to All Pro Print.

Governing Law

All Pro Print is located in Burbank, California. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or business shall be conducted in Burbank, California. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Burbank, California courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

Property Rights

All Pro Print has the right to use any customer files for advertising and promotional purposes.

Hours

All Pro Print.com business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays observed by the United States Post Office.

Definitions

“Color on Front / Blank on Back” – full color on one side and no color on the other side
“Color on Front / B&W on Back” – full color on one side and black and white on the other side
“Color on Front / Color on Back” – full color on both sides

Glossy Coating – coating applied with ultraviolet (UV) (Note: Prints with UV coating cannot be written on)

Matte Coating – coating with a dull finish, not glossy (Note: Prints with Matte coating can be written on with certain pens)

Aqueous Coating – A light coating applied in order to protect the ink. (Note: Prints with Aqueous Coating can be written on with certain pens)
